Staff in the gift shop were unpleasant. An item was not marked and I asked the cost and the employee said “I have no idea”. Never looked them up. Valet were not helpful upon arrival. It was very busy, which is fine. When I asked for assistance from valet about how to get help with valet the worker said “we have no room. You can’t park in the street”. I said I was aware and wanted to know where to go. He said “around the block” but not kindly, more matter of fact - like I should know. Not helpful.

Just a short walk from top dining spots, Market Square, and Point State Park, the hotel places guests right in the center of the city's vibrant activity. Blending timeless elegance with modern comfort, the Omni offers a luxurious experience. Its attentive, professional staff further enhances the welcoming ambiance, always ready to assist and ensure a memorable stay.

The lobby and the hallways to the rooms are absolutely gorgeous!! Just pulling up you feel special. Thomasene (the front desk supervisor) and Amere at check in were absolutely PHENOMENAL!! So welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were so nice andmade me fell comfortable and went out of there way to make sure my stay was nice. We were upgraded to a suite which I loved.

Location was perfect for attending a concert at PPG Arena. Walk was easy and safe. Hotel lobby and restaurant are beautiful. Check-in was smooth and the staff friendly. We ate dinner in the Tap Room. Food was delicious, service was great. Breakfast in the Terrace room was fantastic.

Location was convenient, we were able to walk everywhere. The building is cool and the staff at the reception really nice. Note: parking at Mellon garage during the weekend in 8 dollar per day and it is in front of the hotel
